Refund policy

NextWave Finds features products offered and sold by independent merchants through the Shopify Product Network.

For products sold by another merchant, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the selling store according to that store’s return and refund policies.

NextWave Finds does not fulfill these products and cannot directly issue refunds, approve returns, or process exchanges for products sold by another merchant.

If you need assistance with a Product Network purchase, please refer to your order confirmation email for the selling store’s contact information and return instructions.

If you contact NextWave Finds first, we will make reasonable efforts to help you identify the selling store and direct you to the appropriate customer support contact.

Any products sold directly by NextWave Finds, if applicable, may be subject to separate return and refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
